She married her husband Rodolphus Lestrange because many of her family expected her to marry a pureblood (so she doesn't ReaLly love him as much as she loves voldemort) .

Her true love was Voldemort after she started working for him.

I think they did, by the way they act around each other. J.K. Rowling says they didn't, but the truth is obvious!

Second, I don't think Voldemort ever had sex. He would think it too human a trait. Also I think he was more turned on by power than by any female or male he ever met.
